Kamyar Tarikhi è iraniano ed è nato nel 1973; non abbiamo molte notizie sul suo conto. Nel suo sito è possibile leggere una triste nota che per rispetto vi riportiamo integralmente e ciò per evitare possbili fraintendimenti; la situazione in Iran è molto triste e lui ne è una vittima:

“Because of unfortunate incidents in last months, especially my last sold painting which destroyed by authorities in customs, I had to make decisions about the future of my career as an artist, so I took the decision of going out of Iran as soon as I can to be able to create my artworks with freedom and send them to where I want freely, but this process will not be easy for me. In addition, I will update again prices of my artworks to more realistic prices, but there will be an increase in shipment costs, because I have to ship my paintings through unusual ways like traveling to a second country (In this case probably Turkey) or pay the courier companies more money to secure safety of artwork. I hope to pass this difficult and unfair time as soon as possible and create my artworks and sell them like other artists in a normal situation.”
